Last updated: 13 August 2026. These terms cover the hosted service at https://formroost.shovelware.ai. The software itself is open source under AGPL-3.0 — self-host it freely under that license instead.
Formroost relays HTML form submissions to your email inbox, with optional storage, webhooks, and exports. The free tier includes 250 submissions per month per account, counted across all your forms. Paid plans, when available, raise those limits.
We may disable forms or accounts that break these rules — spam and abuse threaten deliverability for everyone else, so we act quickly.
Your forms and submissions are yours. Our handling of them is described in the privacy policy. You can export stored submissions as CSV at any time, and turning off history deletes what we hold.
The hosted service is provided "as is", without warranty. We aim for high reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or email delivery. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after a change is acceptance of it.
